Another common sign that a person is dealing with bogus companies is the kind of directions they are giving to the apartment on offer. Some of the directions given are not clear or leading to Canberra apartment accommodation places that do not exist or do not have available spaces. Use the Google maps application to get to know the place they are claiming to have apartments and if it is traceable by all means. Check on the real estate listings to see if the same apartment is listed for rent because genuine owners will clearly state where they are found for faster business.

If a person realizes that there are errors in the rental dates and or the price quoted in most of the ads, there is a problem with the deal. A good deal is clean and accurate in every of its announcements whether online through mail, social media, banners and posters. If the information is confusing, why bother getting what it means! Scammers are aiming to get to the clever fool as fast as possible and convince him/her to a quicker and cheaper deal before he realizes he has been conned. They have spelling mistakes in their ads, mails and posts and most of them are unrelated though referring to the same apartment for rent.
